TrustChain Ltd. (the “Company”) establishes and discloses the Privacy Policy as shown below so that the Company can comply with personal information protection provisions in the relevant laws and regulations that the providers of information and communications services shall comply with, including the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and the Personal Information Protection Act, protect users’ personal information, and rapidly and smoothly handle grievances in relation thereto.

Article 1 (Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information, Items of Personal Information Collected and Used, and Period of Retention)

① The Company processes personal information for the purposes stipulated in the Privacy Policy. The personal information being processed will not be used for any purpose other than the purpose of Paragraph (4) below, and if the purpose of use is changed, the Company will implement necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent. ② The Company processes and holds personal information during the period of retention and use of personal information under the laws and regulations or on which consent has been received upon collecting personal information from users. ③ The method of collecting personal information are as follows

  1. Users’ directly inputting in the process of using the service; or

  2. Automatic collection through the created information collection tool when running the service.

⑥ A user may refuse to consent to the items of personal information and methods of collection of personal information collected by the Company, and upon refusal, part of the use of services provided to the user may be restricted.

Article 1-2 (Matters Regarding the Processing of Personal Information of Children under the Age of 14)

① Upon collecting personal information about children under the age of 14, the Company shall obtain the consent of the legal representative to collect the least personal information necessary to perform the relevant services. - Required items: The legal representative’s name, date of birth, contact information

② Upon collecting personal information of a child under the age of 14, the Company may request the least information from the child, such as the legal representative’s name, contact information, and date of birth, and shall confirm whether the legal representative has given the consent by using one of the following methods:

  1. A method of having the legal representative indicate whether or not the legal representative has given consent on the website where consent matters are posted, and notifying the legal representative of the fact through a text message on his or her mobile phone that the personal information processor has confirmed the indication of consent;
  2. A method of having the legal representative indicate whether or not the legal representative has given consent on the website where consent matters are posted, and receiving the legal representative’s card information such as his or her credit card, debit card, etc.;
  3. A method of having the legal representative indicate whether or not the legal representative has given consent on the website where consent matters are posted, and confirming the legal representative’s identity through identity verification over his or her mobile phone;
  4. A method of issuing a document containing the consent matters directly to the legal representative, or delivering it via mail or fax and having the legal representative sign and seal the consent matters, and then submit it;
  5. A method of sending an email containing the consent matters, and receiving an email containing the expression of intention to consent from the legal representative; and
  6. A method of informing the legal representative of the consent matters over the phone and obtaining consent, or providing information on how to check the consent matters, such as the Internet address, and obtaining consent through a phone call again.
